Transitioned from Team Lead as a Seed Tech to the Team’s Manager (ARS). Responsible for supervising Vegetation Management Tree Trimming Crews to satisfy the Utility’s Line Clearance Program requirements.▪ Management – Oversaw 25+ tree trimming crew members and equipment, ensuring proper tools and skill level are available to complete the job at hand, Worked with Corporate Staff to complete monthly billing and payroll as well as crew member benefits, worked with Utility Representative to review Safety, completed work and homeowner concerns. Coordinated with the utility representatives and corporate staff to migrate payroll from paper timesheets to digital format using MobileFrame.▪ Production – Project management including crew production tracking, cost per mile, timesheet accuracy and reporting to management and customer.▪ Quality Control – Reviewed completed work to ensure customer clearance specifications were met with proper Arboriculture techniques.▪ Scheduling – Oversaw Crew production goals and worked with Planners to Schedule work to maximize production.▪ Safety – Continuously trained crew members in the industry’s best practices to ensure a safe work environment and build the “Safety First” culture, Tree Felling Trainer, Incident Investigation team, OSHA 10 Certified.
