- Researched, designed, and developed anthropomorphic 3D models of breast tissues using L-system and graph search algorithms- Optimized algorithm performance, achieving a 10x speed increase, by offloading computationally intensive tasks from Python to Cython, leveraging NumPy for array operations, and using Numba to accelerate loops- Developed an in-house Python package for working with NRRD files using Poetry. - Configure Ivalua's technical interface and write dynamic SQL code to automate the process of data extraction from the Ivalua’s database to Clients’ database- Design the integration process (start from using ETL to load data and transform data into Ivalua's system and EAI to extract and send those data to the Client) - Write SQL code to allow for delta load- Ensure scalability and avoid large export of too many files by using pagination to allow only certain records/rows to be exported at one time- Wrote the technical design document on the integration requirements development methodology (from how flat files are generated until the moment they are dropped into SFTP)- Guarantee successful deployment to Production - Fully Certified in Ivalua L1, L2 and P2P
