Commercial Property Sales and Leasing

My responsibilities in this role included:• Advising on the marketing and sale of commercial real estate including office buildings, industrial complexes, showrooms, strata shops, strata offices, vacant land and businesses• Structuring the appropriate marketing campaign to promote the property and identifying the target market to ensure the highest possible sale price is achieved for the client• Establishing and expanding contact lists for all sectors of the market such as government, institutions, financiers, developers and private investors including high net worth individuals• Expanding the client base through referrals and proactive approaches• The promotion and sale of properties through various marketing campaigns involving private treaty, tender, expressions of interest and public auction• Preparation and implementation of the complete marketing program including brochure and advertisement design and layout, internet listing, the marketing schedule and budget, editorial and media releases, formulating target market lists for mail outs, monitoring enquiries, scheduling meeting and inspections and reporting to the client• Preparation of agreements and contracts as required• Preparation of the information memorandum for the property including relevant information and the latest research material• Instructing solicitors and independent advisors on behalf of the client• Formulating and implementing strategies to optimise the value of the investment property to achieve maximise returns• Utilise valuation techniques to advise and establish market value• Attend seminars and training sessions for sales professionals to improvesales techniques
