My experience as both a business owner and a Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer gives me unique insight for understanding and supporting the technology/IT infrastructure needs of businesses seeking operational excellence.In my current role as Joint Managing Director of Online Support, I oversee our Engineering, Telephony and Tech Support teams to provide customers across a wide range of verticals with affordable and reliable IT solutions and services together with outstanding customer service. Immediately prior to Online Support I served as Lead Systems Engineer for StoreText, a cloud service provider focused on online storage that was acquired by Iron Mountain. Previous to that, I founded, ran and built up a clothing retail business which I ultimately sold. In addition, I earned tech certification as a Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer.At Online Support, we serve as an external outsourced IT department for clients who seek high-level IT resources, service and bespoke solutions, but don’t have the need for a full-time department. The only tech support provider that doesn’t lock clients into long-term contracts, we offer the flexibility to scale IT and/or telecoms service up or down as needs change.
