I started my career working for a construction industry trade association, where I was fortunate to have three incredible attorney mentors, learning what it takes to build high-quality, trusted relationships and provide excellent client service. I then moved on to serve as General Counsel to a TPA serving the multi-employer Taft-Hartley employee benefit industry, scaling the legal operations to support the growth of the company.I have significant experience in single and multi-employer labor relations, employee benefit funds, data privacy, and cybersecurity. In addition, having served as sole in-house counsel, I have significant experience as a generalist, handling business and legal matters including corporate governance, employment, contracts, and regulatory compliance. I am a true business partner, having advised company owners and executives my entire career. I focus on building deep, trusted relationships both inside and outside the organization.
