A pragmatic organisational and people development practitioner seeking to make OD delivery friendly, engaging, innovative and have genuine business impact....it's a journey. Blending strategy with operational delivery, I enable individuals, teams and organisations to be the best that they can be.I began my career in retail management moving into the delivery of vocational qualifications. I worked in Germany, managed retail stores (from luxury airport to high volume, high street fashion) and managed delivery of vocational qualifications across high street names and businesses in a variety of sectors and qualifications. My passion for culture and learning led me to organisational development.I have worked across private, public and third sectors working with varied audiences including senior executive teams, boards, trustees, operational staff, volunteers, professional support services, academic and research roles (engineering, physical sciences, medical sciences, social sciences, arts), lawyers, economists, project managers and a broad international demographic. Commercially and strategically minded, focused on the 'customer', pragmatic, creative, engaging and fun. People fascinate me and I enjoy finding out what makes individuals 'tick' then working with this. The common thread is enabling individuals, teams and organisations to be their best in complex environments where high performance is essential. That's me in a nutshell.
