Development & Analytics Team

- Review & Analyse Business process improvement opportunities- Provide commercial analytics and recommendations in execution-ready format to senior leaders within the business- Train and implement new process improvement methodologies and tools within the Pricing & Analytics team - Data cleansing, mapping and analysing the root cause , data cleaning and developing data alerts - Interpreting data, analysing results and developing reports through Power BI

- Warehouse and Retail Centre site reviews, optimising current stocking strategies across 20 sites in Australia and New Zealand to ensuring improved level of customer service.- Reducing and minimizing slow moving & excess inventory with improving the inventory turns.- Category reviews, monitoring current categories, ranging and deranging of inventory based on current sales trend.- Customer implementation & Customer Strategy reviews, implementing new customers and reviewing current customers ensuring the right inventory stocking strategy while balancing customers expectation for the best level of service. - Catalogue implementation , collaborating with different lines of Business to launch new products ranges by establishing new stocking strategies and exiting out old ranges in line with the company strategy.

- Managing and releasing all purchase order lines with suppliers and follow through to fulfilment of the order- Using and combining several reports in SAP to improve efficiency and help identify system errors in day to day work to ensure customer service levels are maintain.- Liaising amongst the Merchandising, Warehouse, Material planning and Product Information teams to ensure errors and variances are resolved in an timely manner.- Stock management, providing stock on hand reports, consumption reports to sale managers and warehouse employees to work closely with them to help monitor/reduce slow moving and determine fast selling lines.- Supplier Relationship Management, resolve issues and escalation of any unresolved issues.
