The 3 Key Pillars for Successful Team Building & Organizational Performance: Communication, Collaboration, and Trust 🔑As a Senior Manager in Commercial, I play a dynamic role, wearing many hats across different areas. On any given week, I might be called upon by senior leadership to contribute to both standard and special project initiatives. Here’s a glimpse into my diverse responsibilities:🟩 Enterprise Account Management – I work closely with team leadership to manage the top 25 accounts for IHT and MOS, overseeing contracts, RFIs, RFPs, procurement relationships, and corporate partnerships. These accounts typically have a value in the multimillion-dollar range.🟩 Annual Business Reviews – Working with sales and safety leadership, I design tailored presentations for key client stakeholders. Many times, there is no existing template, so I create presentations that speak directly to each client’s needs. These include detailed financial analysis broken down by region, site, service line, and more. Notable clients I work with include Shell Global, HF Sinclair, Marathon, Valero, Chevron, and many others that are considered "Enterprise" accounts.🟩 Special Projects – In partnership with executive leadership (VPs, SVPs, CEO, and Board of Directors), I focus on projects aimed at financial and operational improvements. These include Sales Strategy Planning (National, Regional, Local), Performance Analysis of Sales Representatives, Service Line Analysis, Client ESG Reporting, and Client Satisfaction Initiatives.🔑 Thoughts on Teamwork, Culture, & Leadership: I firmly believe that communication, collaboration, and trust are the bedrock of high-performing teams. I provide advice I’d act on myself, and prioritize listening first to fully understand the needs of those I work with.
