Body Shop Group Lead

-Training of employees in proper use of tools, methods and materials being used. -Assure that the proper tools are available to the employees-Daily manpower placements to insure continuous operations flow. -Communicate performances on safety, quality, housekeeping, and items as they relate to the teams. -Review and coordinate accurate overtime records. -Schedule coordination of work for the area.

 Prepared food for customers in a timely manner. Opening and closing procedures for the kitchen Trained all new employees on basic safety and basic job function. Helped to maintain a clean work environment by; sweeping, mopping, checking food temperatures, degreasing, dish washing, ect.

 Consistently interpret, enforce, and communicate company policy and safety regulations to team throughout shift and communicate quality and production issues to team in pre-shift team meeting. Ensure operators are certified in all assigned jobs, train team members to perform required job assignments and ensure compliance with training requirements. Ensure all equipment is in working order and troubleshoot problems with equipment. Ensure consistent execution of employee job rotation and monitor lines for rate. Maintain employee adherence to ODS’s and quality alerts. Develop and initiate process changes to improve throughput, quality and morale. Adjust manning daily to accommodate production requirements. Communicate with liaison to help resolve issues at the costumer and communicate issues at the customer with employees throughout the day. Monitor and reduce scrap. Hold operators accountable to disciplinary action process. Train all new supervisors. Monitor stock levels and ship status at the customer and ensure timely delivery of all product. Maintain clean, safe work environment.

 Train new operators on ODS and Quality Standards. Identify non-conforming material and make necessary repairs. If material is non-conforming due to other than supplier issue, track and take corrective action. Take every opportunity to train above and beyond what is expected of job function. As a Production Worker, responsible for the quality of each part as it passes station in seating. Perform all assigned jobs within allotted time and learn new jobs as the need arises.
