Loggged defects into a defects database and worked closely with development staff to ensure those defects were corrected in a timely manner and retest until there are no failures. * Wrote original test plans for reporting and Web services and implement those plans into automated test scripts to be executed with the TestComplete automated testing package. * Worked with Quality Assurance and Software Development to establish user interface guidelines for software and review software products to ensure those guidelines are met. * Responsible for responding to potential customers' Requests for Information and Requests for Proposals ranging from highly detailed technical requirements to responses in simple English depending upon potential customer needs. * Provide excellent internal and external customer support by telephone and the Web. * I was instrumental in working on the team that developed and tested TEAM's Application Service Provider platform and the data center where it resides. This is currently TEAM's top revenue generator.
