This Mobility Strategy encompasses both Bring Your Own Device (BYOD) and Corporate owned portable device strategies, mobile device services, modern digital workplace initiatives, enterprise employee collaboration solutions and flexible working technologies.Key Responsibilities•Deliver diverse empowering employee solutions to employees from all stages of the employee life-cycle while working closely with colleagues in IT and various support departments like People and Culture to deliver exceptional employee experiences. •Assess industry trends and technology to develop and lead Crown Resorts digital transformation in the IT technology portfolio from strategy, design to business adoption.•Develop and maintained strong networks and relationships with external partners and internal stakeholders to understand technology suitability, investment and ROI for all Crown Properties while assessing and managing any risk these initiatives may create or resolve.•Plan and set team budgets each year with GM approval, manage capital expenditure budgets pertaining to Mobility and Modern workplace technologies throughout the FY and strategically forward plan for future years.•Ensure employees and technology solutions-maintained security and compliance, and were able to change quickly to new challenges, expectations or requirements. •Dynamically lead direct and virtual teams that include interdepartmental, cross departmental and external partner resources.•Work with all industries including Hospitality, Gaming, Corporate, People & Culture, Marketing, Security, Surveillance, Maintenance and many more to enable and empower employees to deliver customer success while ensuring solutions are cost effective. •Have an ability to work within any project management methodology both internally and externally.

Crown Melbourne (Melbourne, Remote and International Sites)Provide end to end support for all departments across diverse geographical locations, maintaining the integrity of production systems while facilitating process and technology improvements.Leading the delivery of small, focused projects to improve operational stability or new company solutions. Key Responsibilities•Lead a large operational team comprised of employees and contractors to support all departments and employee levels in the business on a 24/7 basis.•Lead the delivery of IT support from L1 to L3 and work closely with all teams to guide and shape end to end support.•Continually review and assess overall IT support as with key business challengers•Regularly engaged business feedback on challengers and what works including proposing and implementing new processes and solutions. •Ensure direct reports and indirect reports have day to day support and professional growth opportunities. •Manage site and group Change Management for production systems including running meetings and being accountable for policy and improvement to process and policies. Including being a member of CAB.•Lead and implement small projects in Melbourne and remote sites. •Set and administer OPEX and CAPEX budgets pertaining to IT service and Operations.
