• Provide rotating 24X7 end user support for Manufacturing and MH operations using SAP and interfaced legacy computer systems for 24 manufacturing facilities in the USA and Canada.• Identify and collaborate with appropriate teams to correct master data set up in SAP to allow transactions to be performed without error.• Process tickets for SAP access requests. This includes identifying SOD’s (segregation of duties issues), and identifying if a compensating control is in place to mitigate the risk associated with the SOD.• Function as the liason between end users and SAP developers to identify, document, and correct issues.• Develop and deliver training materials to end users or othe support streams as needed.• Provide on sight hyper care support for facilities implementing the SAP solution in the US and Canada. Seven go-lives to date.• Run reports in R3 and BW reporting to verify data and identify issues.• Identify and resolve failed IDOC’s between SAP and and external systems.• Completed master data set up, configuration and warehouse mapping within SAP to ensure warehouse management functionality performed as expected. • Created, developed and delivered end-user training material for the SAP integration into the U.S. market. This involved three go-lives for the litter, wet and dry business.• Participated in testing for the Market Integration Testing (1, 2, 3) and the Market Acceptance Testing (1, 2) for 4 litter plants, 5 wet plants, 9 dry plants, and 23 subcontractors. • Tested and documented results into various applications and databases, and then communicated the results. • Worked with various departments to coordinate and complete the testing and deliver the findings through various means of communication. • Lead several projects and testing groups concurrently which included supporting applications that are interfacing with SAP (ex. Order Management, Cambar WMS).
