- Preparing yearend accounts including detailed workpapers to corroborate each balance sheet and P&L item.- Detailed stock reconciliations.- Liaising with internal managers and partners in a professional manner.- Building simple cash flow using client bank feeds.- Income tax, BAS, IAS and other ATO lodgements.

- Exposure to large trade-on insolvency engagements in industries such as manufacturing / mining, farming / agribusiness, hospitality and retirement living.- Responsible for the collection of various debtor books for insolvent entities- Supplier and creditor interaction throughout engagements- Cash flow maintenance and forecasting- Various written statutory obligations- Exposure to insolvent trading investigations- Preparing complex written correspondence

- Operating successful trading activities, including accounts payable, receivable and payroll functions- Preparation of various reports for review by engagement manager- Preparing written communication on a range of subject matter- Liaising with key stakeholders- Preparing subject matter relating to Industry Focus Groups

- Operating an accrual based MYOB file.- Formulating monthly profit and loss statements.- Paying bills and invoices.- Corresponding with creditors in a professional manner.- Recording and posting inventories into inventory tracking system.- Recording weekly income.- Operating an effective payroll system.- Banking cash and requisitioning petty cash and change tin.- Formulating an organised accounts payable system, in order for invoices to be easily accessible.

Bottle Shop:- Selling beer, wine and spirits, and helping customers with selections.- Sourcing sales and up-selling on a range of items.- Meeting sales targets- Serving customers in a friendly and efficient manner.- Re-categorising stock to present it in an aesthetically pleasing manner.Sports Bar:- Managing the sports aspect of the Sports Bar, running live sports schedules.- Operating and organising the ‘punters club’.- Corresponding with Fox Sports Venues to obtain weekly schedules.- Identifying areas for improvement and growth.- Meeting high TAB and Keno demand.- Handling cash.
