I am a career law clerk for a United States Magistrate Judge handling opinion drafting and case management in civil and criminal matters. In my past professional life, I was a civil litigator with extensive experience in commercial and complex litigation matters, including breaches of contract and non-compete agreements cases; products liability; fraud and civil RICO; and class action lawsuits involving consumer products, data breaches, and environmental torts. In that role I handled all aspects of litigation in both state and federal courts, from pre-suit investigation through trial and appeal. Representative industries included real estate, pharmaceutical, health insurance, financial services, telecommunications and technology-focused startups.
