• As Executive Director of Operations, my responsibilities include: Interfacing as the main point of contact for the agency’s largest clients, including 4 of the top 10 global pharmaceutical companies.
• Responsible for every facet of each program to ensure the quality of every deliverable (i.e., customized websites, SaaS patches and updates, videos, campaigns and creative packs).
• Work closely with leadership to design and implement strategic goals and objectives for the organization; assessing feasibility, capacity, and resources needed for annual growth, new client services and new technical.

• Conduct weekly team meetings to maintain scope of work for incoming and outgoing contracts, ensure timely receipt of deliverables and identify challenges in [order to propose timely and cost-efficient solutions.
• Assignment of Project Management and Development teams to awarded projects and lead internal and external kick off calls and weekly progress meetings with clients.

• Responsible for supporting all pre-production, production and postproduction leadership with production strategy, day-to-day operations, and staff management.
• Develop schedules for each department in partnership with department leads and built and maintain shot schedules to ensure successful release of work to the pipeline.
• Facilitate collaborative and effective communication between team members, while keeping the team aware of milestones deliverables and goals through all phases of development.
• Supervised and mentored cast and crew in day-to-day operations including timely reviews, dailies, meetings, priorities, notes, and updates.
• Collaborated with department leadership to track departments’ target performance with the goal of meeting deadlines (through establishing performance standards, forecasting labor, non-labor needs, etc.).
• Established, adapted, and refined production and post-production best practices and methodologies to enhance efficiency output.

• Maintained close relationships with architects, engineers, government representatives, and other project stakeholders to facilitate construction activities, while keeping everyone informed and involved.
• Managed permitting & preconstruction process with local jurisdiction.
• Led all team members, internally and externally, to clearly stated goals and expectations; establishing dates and timelines for work to be completed.
• Ensure all construction plans conform to the owner’s expectations.
• Coordination, collaborate, negotiate, determine needed resources, and oversaw entire construction project to ensure milestone dates were met.
• Developed realistic schedules with measurable tasks to ensure projects stayed on track.
