Tim is Co-Founder and CEO of Inquisitive, the education company with a mission to simplify access to quality learning, so that teachers can enjoy teaching and students can learn with purpose and depth.

Tim is director and mentor to one of Australia's outstanding education teams - Stile Education. Founded by Australia's Chief Scientist, Alan FInkel, the team are focused on rethinking science curriculum and delivery in schools through a complete, next-generation learning experience.

Tim co-founded ClickView to transform teaching and learning in schools by making high-quality video available anytime and anywhere. ClickView's innovative team have created the world's most powerful technology to experience and share video. They have also become one of the world's largest producers of original, high-quality curriculum video.Tim was CEO from founding to September 2007, and is currently a director and mentor to the ClickView team.

Tim led the team that created and hosted the world's biggest education event - the World Education Games - bringing together World Math Day, World Literacy Day and World Science Day as a live online competition and celebration of learning.In 2011, the World Education Games and 3P Learning, established a partnership with UNICEF, to raise funds for the School-In-A-Box program and to give children around the world the life-changing opportunity of schooling.

Tim was the leader of 3P Learning for 12 years from founding to January 2016, first as executive director and then CEO from July 2007.In this time, the team created one of the world's largest school learning communities including Mathletics, Reading Eggs, Spellodrome, IntoScience, World Maths Day and the World Education Games. In 2011, a partnership was established with UNICEF to extend the opportunity of education to children in countries with limited resources and infrastructure.It was a prodigious era for the company, which combined outstanding education results for students and schools, with exemplary financial performance, and a substantial philanthropic contribution to improving educational opportunity around the world.In July 2014, 3P Learning listed on the Australian Stock Exchange, with a market capitalisation of $330m. The hallmarks of the first 18 months of public listing to January 2016 were consistent outperformance of financial forecasts, accelerating revenue growth, and investments in Learnosity and Desmos.
