With over 120 Chaplains, ICHC partners with the Ministry of Health to provide nondiscriminatory pastoral care to all within NZ's Healthcare environment. • Successfully turned a half million-dollar deficit into a strong surplus by securing new revenue streams (through the Ministry of Health, philanthropic trusts, and donors) and restructuring administrative functions for efficiency whilst growing service deliverables.• Worked with stakeholders to develop a fresh organisational mission, values, strategy, & action plan.
