Responsible for the direction and leadership of all elements of Human Resources (excluding benefits/payroll) for 3750 employees spread over 75+ manufacturing sites.

Serve as the initial point of contact for management and employees to provide counsel, coaching and support on HR fundamentals and employee relation questions. Provides dedicated guidance and coaching to multiple senior leaders and employees within a complex business environment, including multiple matrix organizations with acquired businesses.I also managed Kroger Technology's Intern program (65 interns annually) and led a performance based bonus program for 2000 employees.
