About Tim Probst

I have nearly two decades of programming, managing, and leadership in the video game industry. As a programmer I developed systems that empower artists and designer to make AAA content while being perfromant on consoles. This largely has focused on AI, Gameplay, Animation, and Physics but has certainly touched every system in game development. One of my proudest achievements is the number of people I have mentored and their success. Their growth as individuals has improved the products beyond what I could have done without such an impressive team. As a leader I have developed teams that predictably aim high and deliver results. This has been done consistently without death marches or wildly missing deadlines.
