For 6+ years I provided an evidence-based nursing care to the vulnerable population in Peterborough, Ontario to enable my clients to achieve the best possible health outcome.As a Registered Nurse I have an experience providing personal care to a broad spectrum of the patient population, including, but not limited to pre- and post-operative patients, medicine, critical care, mental health, community care, post-partum and neonatal populations. I worked as a part of the interdisciplinary team to provide my expertise in developing and implementing a care plan, as well as evaluate health outcomes. I am experienced in providing interventions and patient education in the various areas of nursing practice, including wound care and VAC therapy, IV m education administration, diabetes care, oxygen therapy, and ambulation.
