Tim's additional responsibilities include hiring, scheduling, creating menus, ordering product, training new employees, and assuring that the work rest plan is enforced. During a fire, Tim holds daily meetings with the Food Unit Leader, Log Chiefs, Incident Commanders to strategize and ensure all requirements of the contract are being met.
