My team was chartered with the coordination, management and delivery of global environmental impact support for Commander United States Strategic Command. Responsibilities included advising national-level decision-makers, day-to-day mission-essential monitoring and planning, personnel development, administration, executive-level briefings and correspondence, exercise planning and execution, and cross-organizational coordination. Trusted with the highest-level security clearance and I also flew over 75 missions as a senior Nuclear Planner on the Airborne Command Post (ABNCP).

Head of Emerging Operations on the Headquarters Staff of the Navy’s Commander for Meteorology and Oceanography. In this role I interacted daily across a global organization and was primarily responsible for implementing new and emerging capabilities, concepts and systems. During my tenure, we developed and executed global transformation and reorganization efforts which reduced the organizations footprint by 20% globally while maintaining operational support by leveraging and implementing advanced technologies.

Directly responsible for performance of all organization personnel, activities and operations for Naval Base Ventura County, Naval Station China Lake and the Navy's 32 thousand square-mile Pacific Sea Test Range. Responsibilities included planning, budgeting, training, security, operations, administration and leadership. In this role, I integrated a highly technical team of civilian, contractors and military to form a “first-of-it’s-kind” innovative hybrid organization. The unit excelled, promoting 93% of all enlisted military and producing 9 of 15 regional quarterly employee award winners. During tenure, rated "best performing regional detachment" three years in a row.
