Co-Architect every aspect of the "Innovation Lab " internal project. The innovation lab is a sandbox-ed environment self service portal and lab that allows users to skip the pain of getting started with new technologies and skip right to the learning by providing template Vms that are provisioned and deployed automatically. This was built by integrating a lot of different technologies including Ruby on Rails, VmWare vCenter Server, Ldap and Bind, and many more.

Lead the charge of spinning up a new project, coming up with project proposal, then implementing that plan in a high security environment. Created trusted advisor relationship with client that allowed me to grow account from 3 people up to 12 people over the course of the year+ I lead a team of people and split time between three projects, developing on all of them. I mentored Junior Developers, did code reviews, was responsible for architectural design of test suite. Which is a particularly challenging because system spans multiple tech stacks, browser based automation and desktop based testing. Used Redis a databacked for cordination between testing phases.

I worked on an automation suite doing end to end testing of a complex Learning Management System. I automated end to end and component testing for order flow from a web front end into an ESB then into Oracle Order Management, Oracle Accounts Receivable backend. On this project I utilized Ruby, Cucumber, Selenium with an MongoDB backend to keep track of test states. We also developed a web app to allow you to track the progress of tests and their current state. This proved invaluable when trying to diagnose problems in the underlying system. This was a very unique and challenging project due to its complexity and asynchronous nature.
