Currently on Shell contract. Responsible for analysis and reporting for multiple projects in the Gulf of Mexico brownfield subsea tieback portfolio. Activities include collecting cost data from SAP, updating forecasts, gathering key highlights, risks and concerns to ensure accurate and realistic view of the project to support key project management decisions.

Recent projects as a coordinator include offshore Gas Condensate Platform to be installed in Equatorial Guinea; for Noble Energy March 2010 - May 2011 and currently Tioga Gas Plant Expansion Project; for HESS. Roles for both projects includedAssisted with creating project schedulesLoad all deliverables, budgeted man-hours, and budgeted cost to in-house progress system for progress, man-hour and cost trackingResponsible for gathering progress from discipline leads on a bi-weekly basis in order to prepare mid-month and month end reportsResponsible for monthly report write-up including key activities for the month by discipline, man-hours, cost, and progress analysisResponsible for change management Project Scheduler,Responsible for creating and maintaining project schedules for CITGO work; NOx Reduction Boiler Project (phase 1 and 2) in 2007, Ultra Low Sulfur Diesel Project in 2008 and Flare Gas Recovery project in 2008-09.Conducted interactive meetings with discipline leads, project manager and client to get buy in on dates and activity durations prior to finalizing schedule. Interface with engineering leads for bi-weekly schedule update.Have created and maintained all level of schedules.All scheduling experience has been in Primavera; P3 & P6.
