EO is a consultancy focused on improving improving decision making via effective and efficient data capture, reporting and analysis.Working in tandem with Barker Associates (http://barker-associates.co.uk) to deliver end to end solutions, including data capture, spend and infrastructure strategy, project management and then updating data to maintain current and useful dynamic reports in the embedded Power BI portal.A few of the projects I was involved with for EO are listed below:Designed and built surveys to capture condition and compliance data for several academy trusts, including Ormiston Academy trust, Academies Enterprise Trust, Brooke Weston and Leigh Academies Trust and then created the associated reports both written and dynamic to aid strategic planning against tight budgets.Developed a benchmarking tool to help schools compare and analyse their spend, workforce and performance against schools across the country.Worked for Kykloud consulting, designing, and building the survey tool and associated reports for the Government’s Condition Data Collection programme, surveying every school in the country, the biggest surveying project of its kind in Europe.Designed and Built Business Intelligence Reports for a wide range of clients and purposes from charities on social engagement and outreach through to sports and leisure facilities tracking lifecycle spend and usage levels.Coded and developed procedures to deal with energy data and then built the associated reports to track usage over time, model potential savings through PV and LED and then work with relevant companies to deliver these projects.
