Tim Rawle is an architectural photographer and writer. He works for publishers, academic institutions and individual corporate clients on a variety of projects, and is based in Oxford and Cambridge.Tim trained as an Art student in London and then went on to read Architecture at Cambridge University (Downing College), followed by post-graduate study at the Architectural Association where he was Caldicott Scholar. After a few years working as a junior architect in London and Cambridge, he left architectural practice and has worked in publishing ever since. His passions are architectural and landscape photography, English architectural history and the design and production of illustrated books. He has had four books published on Cambridge and has also been photographing Oxford for many years, building a comprehensive archive in preparation for two major books due to be published soon.
