• Sr. UI & UX Designer/Developer in the world’s largest marketplace for classic cars.• Contributed the UI UX design, user centered research and development for the Collector Car Network (classiccars.com, autohunter.com, futurecollectorcarshow.com, collectorcarnetwork.com)• As lead UI/UX designer, implementation and user centered research of projects were executed with gathering user requirements (B2C), then designing wireframes, comps prototypes and user prototype testing. • Research and prototype testing was user focused on largest user audience (ages 40+) and was a team effort with in-house stakeholders and marketing team members.• Extended responsibilities included coding the front-end HTML, jQuery and SCSS/CSS/Bootstrap workflows using latest technologies in responsive web and mobile applications.• Projects accomplished used applications in Adobe Graphics Suite for graphics, comps, and prototyping, while coding side was all MS Visual Studio .Net MVC platform. Also applied ARIA markup addressing best practices in ADA Compliance using ADA extension tools to monitor Accessibility.

• Lead of design UI UX for client driven B2B incentive and loyalty sites through use of researching client needs and branding standards, graphics, prototypes, user testing, and executing front-end code markup and styling using the latest UI UX methodologies in responsive web and mobile. • Development team used our Aspire software to create custom private applications (B2B, SaaS) for corporate, industry level clients seeking employee incentives or gift card loyalty programs. Finished product was a private, intranet application used in browser environments, but was not a WWW application site available to the public. • Workflow began with research of client’s needs, then working through requirements and storyboarding with Project Managers, and then designing concepts by wireframes, mock-ups, compositions, prototypes, and prototype user testing.• Research flow was conducted as a team working with Project Managers and Marketing Team to gather client needs and requirements. Design research, in keeping up with the latest trends in UI UX, was conducted in multiple sites (Adobe, Interaction Design Foundation, design groups on LinkedIn, etc.).• Further responsibilities included coding the front-end markup and styling (HTML, CSS, JS Libraries, Bootstrap, Responsive Web). Working environment was in a .Net MVC Platform in MS Visual Studio, and Adobe Dreamweaver when clients required any PHP in their applications.• Project Management was handled in an Agile, SRUM environment using a two-to-three-week sprint process and using MS Source Control as our management application.• Accomplishments included making some great incentive and loyalty applications for some very well-known global corporations in financial services, travel industry, tech, and entertainment, which included Intel, Honeywell, Visa, American Express, Travelocity, Verizon, and HBO.
