Primary functions include establishing a DOT program at Weatherford districts that are operating commercial motor vehicles. Preforming audits, reviews and inspection to ensure federal/state regulations are being met as well as company policy being followed. Create training material to educate managers and CMV drivers. Generate monthly reports to senior management summarizing DOT activities.

Oversee the safety program for 11 facilities located in the southwest region of Texas and New Mexico. Provide monthly safety training to same facilitiesPerform on-site location audits & facility auditsConducting accident/incident investigations to identify corrective actionsTrain employees in specialty areas (Medic First Aid, Crosby Rigging Training, H2S, Forklift Certification, etc.)

Develop a quality program using API Q1 6th edition for which the company was licensed.Developed process work instruction for all phases of manufacture of product.Identifying quality-related problems, initiating corrective actions, verifying implementation of corrective action items, Establishing, implementing and maintaining an internal inspection program, inspection procedure preparation, identification, documentation, Operation of the Quality Program through surveillance of all quality activities,Indoctrination and training of employees to quality system, Reviewing Non-Conformance Reports (NCR) for problem areas and bring quality problems to the attention of the senior managementApproval, issuing and maintaining the controlled documents,Developing calibration procedures, recommended purchase of calibration gages used for inspection and/or testing. Maintaining gage record documentation and frequency.
