(LSA), together with its affiliate, HRC Fund Associates, LLC (HRC) provides a turnkey end-to-end solution for investment managers wishing to convert an existing investment strategy (i.e., SMA or Hedge Fund into MF or ETF) or launch a new strategy in the form of a mutual fund, ETF or other fund format. LSA handles all of the ongoing product and Board related details thereby enabling the sub-advising manager to concentrate on managing money. Sub-advisors are afforded full "fund -name" recognition. Distribution of LSA Funds is greatly enhanced as LSA maintains master contracts with almost all major "wire-house" platforms (i.e., UBS, Wells, Morgan Stanley, etc.) and major RIA and independent brokerage (IBD) platforms ((i.e., Schwab, Fidelity, Raymond James, LPL, Pershing, etc.) New LSA Funds enjoy immediate contractual approval at all of LSA selling venues. This completes a major, difficult to obtain step in the on-boarding process and makes the fund eligible for approval consideration at the platform. Marketing and sales efforts for the LSA Funds and, on a 3rd party marketing basis, for other funds and SMAs are conducted through HRC, an SEC/FINRA registered broker/dealer. At the end of 2020 the group represented, as investment manager (LSA) and/or 3rd Party marketer (HRC), approximately $2.1 billion in assets covering various product types and strategies. HRC employs its own sales force providing "feet on the ground" across multiple, geographically dispersed platforms and has existing and legacy client relationships with over 10,000 wire house financial advisers and over 300 RIA/IBD firms.
