Owner's Construction Representative / Manager.Provided Pre-Construction, Design Development, Purchasing, Construction, and Post Construction phase services allowing clients the time required of them to successfully run their core businesses, the ability to influence project costs, reduce changes and change orders, and reduce the overall duration of their projects. In simple terms, the services provided saved the Owners both time and money.Projects included Fitness Studios, Fitness Centers, and major expansions and renovations to existing businesses. Introduced, managed the development, and launched the initial design intent and build-out manuals for Orangetheory Fitness (international franchisor) identifying specific design criteria and requirements, the brand, and explicit information for their franchisees and design professionals. The programs saved the parties valuable time and money in developing their construction documents and completing their projects. Additional services included performing constructability plan reviews for projects on a national level, securing exclusive national material suppliers and pricing resulting in more competitive pricing and reduced delivery lead times, and overseeing the approval process of the construction drawings required to obtain building permits and achieve contractor selection.

Led the development department responsible for expanding this regional health, wellness, and fitness company from eight (8) to fifty-five (55) locations with an average gym size of 30,000 square feet. The departments responsibilities included overseeing all phases of design, construction through close-out, and purchasing the furniture, fixtures, and equipment for existing and new locations.Advanced the company's design program. The results ensured consistency, a clear presentation of the company's brand, more favorable design fees, and decreased the overall duration of the projects.Established and launched specific HVAC capacity guidelines for the facilities providing a more favorable environment for the occupants. Introduced centralized personal trainer and open sales areas within the facilities in lieu of industry standard individual offices. This change improved customer relations, substantial cost savings, and increased revenue.Developed and launched HVAC service and housekeeping programs. The programs ensured consistency throughout the company, an improved experience for the gym members, decreased operation costs, and provided a clear understanding of each department's responsibilities.

Carpenter Contractor furnishing labor, materials, and manufactured components for rough and finish carpentry, millwork, casework, architectural hardware, and specialties for clients throughout the state of Florida. Employed a corporate staff of five (5), field superintendents, an average of thirty (30) full time skilled tradesmen, and subcontractors. Projects included large residential communities entailing over two thousand (2000) residences (both single and multifamily), twenty-seven large scale 120 bed nursing homes, multi-story adult assisted living facilities, office buildings, churches, shopping centers, banks and hotels.

This company established in 1955 was one of the largest full-service carpenter contractors, materials supplier, and wood frame housing component manufacturers in the Unites States. Clients included General Development Corp., US Homes, Levitt Homes, Centex Homes, Lenar Homes, Trafalger, and many of the other large residential developers throughout the United States. Projects ranged between fifty (50) and one thousand (1000) residences each.Responsible for estimating, sales, and purchasing manufactured components, lumber, millwork, architectural finish hardware, specialties and miscellaneous materials.
