Director of Operations February 2018 -Present • Manage all aspects of a high Volume Frozen food plant production for 3 facilities in a manufacturing environment to include plant budgetary P & L requirements Capital expenditures management experience. • Manage150 million + pound yearly pack plan, with a $500,000 plus cost savings initiatives for 2017. • Responsible for plant processing equipment to include Individual quick freeze (IQF), retail and institutional packaging (Vertical Form Fill, cups, tubs, and drums), and Sanitation. • Manage 160 - 650 Full time and Seasonal personnel using FDA, USDA, Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point (HACCP), and OSHA policies and procedures. Reducing OSHA recordable by over 70%. • Establishment of a fully automated high speed horizontal form, fill, and sea CPG packaging machines. • Implemented fully automated form, fill, and seal CPG cup lines and a fully automated liquid fill packaging system. • Implementation of inkjet bar coding and case coding. • Manage production material inventory supply chain. • Manage cross-functional team for continuous improvement and key performance measurements in cost, material, quality, service, and Labor standards. • Experience in Microsoft suite software, JIT, ERP, and MRP (JDE, MAS90/200, Microsoft Dynamics) programs. • Implementation and process improvement of labor time keeping system (Kronos) and Labor tracking system. • Implementation and system integration, 5S, lean manufacturing in an agricultural environment.
