I support FTI’s market-leading experts in providing advice to clients, courts and tribunals on issues of valuation and finance, predominately in a dispute context, but also in the context of restructuring and transactions. I provide detailed economic, financial and accounting analysis and business valuations in a variety of contexts, predominantly supporting expert witnesses in the context of litigations and international arbitration. This has involved performing valuations and quantifying lost profits and wasted costs in various contexts, including expropriations, alleged breaches of contract including of warranties, post-acquisition disputes, alleged breaches of competition law, alleged negligence, and alleged fraud. I have experience with a variety of industries, including banking, renewable energy and utilities.
