An MRICS and ACIArb qualified Quantity Surveyor with over 25 years professional experience in the construction, rail, demolition and remediation sectors. Started my career as a Trainee Quantity Surveyor and progressed through the ranks at major contractors such as Balfour Beatty and Sisk, then rose to Group Commercial Manager with a specialist contractor before working as a Private commercial consultant and now Commercial Director at Warmflame Developments.I have worked at strategic management level, taken projects from inception to completion and dealt with contract terminations, insurance claims, bond calls and multi-£m disputes. My experience has enabled me to be highly skilled when appraising schemes and preparing, negotiating and awarding new contracts.
