Working with the Cleveland Clinic London Head of Activation to lead the development of a programme of work to efficiently transition from the construction programmes for a central London Outpatient & Diagnostic Centre and a complex 184 bed acute facility through the mobilisation and activation of clinical services, CQC registration and the onboarding and training of staff. The role required interface with stakeholder groups such as the construction prime contractors, regulatory bodies, internal supply chain and external medical equipment providers, clinical operations, facilities management, patient support services, workforce and training teams to enable development and tracking of a complex schedule interfaced with the construction schedules. Activation of the acute facility is scheduled to take place concurrently with the ongoing construction work, raising additional issues with regard to interfacing of building access and safe routes, security, management of loading bay and lifts to ensure the safe and effective management of all works.
