Director of Facilities at Albright College: Responsible for daily operations, capital planning, and project management of Albright College in Reading, Pennsylvania. Lead 2 managers, 5 supervisors, 6 grounds crew workers, 8 maintenance personnel, and 29 custodians in the day to day operations and maintenance of the 118 acres and about 1 million gross square foot campus. Resource Ready Program: May 2014 - January 2015Participated in a twelve (12) week facilities management Resource Ready Program (RRP) for ARAMARK Higher Education covering all facilities management resources and tasks to include: management, financial planning, computerized maintenance management software, custodial, operation & maintenance, grounds, energy, and engineering solutions services ensuring a comprehensive understanding of the ARAMARK organization and resources available for off-site support of client needs. Performed on-the-job training alongside experienced ARAMARK facilities managers at various client locations including: Baylor University in Waco, Texas and Trinity College in Hartford, Connecticut.

Performed project management of ship repair work packages ranging from $3.5 - $17.5 million worth of repair work with specific attention to engineering and time requirements as needed to meet client demands. Provided cost and performance milestones from Navy Data Environment, Navy Maintenance Database, and the Validation, Screening, and Brokering computerized maintenance management systems in bi-weekly PowerPoint reviews to clients.

Lead team of eighteen (18) sailors assigned to Norfolk Naval Shipyard Quality Assurance Department in the audit, inspection, and certification process of controlled work packages ensuring all technical requirements were met and properly documented by a fully qualified workforce. Fully accountable for work assignments, scheduling, performance review, disciplinary actions, and both short-term and long-term career planning. Provided workforce training and development in accordance with local engineering directives and NAVOSH and OSHA safety regulations at an OSHA Voluntary Protection Program (VPP) Star certified site. Managed a team of seven (7) logistics personnel with full accountability for work assignments, scheduling, performance review, disciplinary actions, and both short-term and long-term career planning. Responsible for the fiscal and logistical needs of seven (7) work centers, ready spare part inventory, and the management of a multi-million dollar budget for both repair and consumable items. As Chief Machinery Operator, supervised a team of four (4) sailors in the operation, maintenance (corrective and preventative), preservation, and cleanliness of main propulsion spaces and associated equipment of a nuclear powered aircraft carrier. Responsible for the proper operation and maintenance of assigned equipment in accordance with the Navy Maintenance and Material Management (3M) program while in port to ensure equipment operation and longevity. Performed space inspections to assess material and material condition of propulsion spaces and equipment to ensure discrepancies were properly annotated and tracked for repair.
