While I take an active role when it comes to research and exploration/design stages of the project, I also oversee the work from other project members such as designers, developers, quality assurance engineers, data analysts, etc. While aligning the new app features with the company goals, I also acts as the user/customer advocate articulating both the user’s (child) and customer's (parent) needs.Blub Blub Inc. creates high-quality smart screen time for children through our flagship Speech Blubs app, which was released in 2017 and is now the #1 speech and language app and #5 top-grossing app for children in the U.S.A. As Project Manager was responsible for the delivery of every aspect of these projects from the concept creation and kick-off stage to launch and maintenance; this includes managing the project and the creative services team - keeping audio, video, copy, visual design and development teams on-track and on-time with all of their tasks and deliverables. I mainly worked on projects with students as target audience.
