In a company that historically built its business model off of constant acquisitions, with a new CEO, and a new year, the decision was made to unify the teams within EIG across the world with a high-level understanding and approach to a "One-Team-One-Plan" focus. Although most of my responsibilities and direct reports are still the same, we operate on a much larger scale with multiple teams throughout the world including offices and teams in the US, Brazil, and India. I have an operational ownership of the Marketplace including sales, support, fulfillment, finance, and accounting for anything purchased or sold on our Marketplace platform, the largest of which is our WP Live Service we created and launched May 2016. In addition to that, I work on several teams within the sales org of EIG to assist in creating a universal sales language, build products/service offerings that we can take to market, audit current offerings to increase NPS/CSAT (CX) as well as margins. Much of my job is partnering with all the teams in EIG to create the best possible business and customer experience we can.

In charge of all Operations for our Marketplace including Sales, Support, and Service Fulfillment. Highly involved in the finance, accounting, and revenue teams in delivering data for GT and FlashCash reporting. In charge of forecast expectations and delivering actuals for numbers to be released to the public. Also, in charge of building out new sub based services, dialing in margins, with fulfillment and driving operational sales. Giant focus on net pos sub based business models.

Built the sales and support operation for a Marketplace supporting 5 million users. In charge of putting together a model with proven margins while increasing NPS. Moved a typical tech support/sales op from sheerly being ticket based to a full call center at scale. Setup multiple phone systems including the IVR's for such systems as Five9, inContact, and Genysis.

In Charge of interviewing, hiring, and training new hires on administrative systems, performance expectations, product knowledge, and sharpening sales skills and best practices to increase conversions and ramp up speed for new agents to hit the floor running.

In charge of recruiting, distributing area, building commission structures, training, and developing a sales operation for a startup door to door pest control business.

Recruiting and running a small sales force in Nashville TN selling Pest Control Door to Door. Assisted in maximizing fulfillment potential and increasing customer LTR.

Served as a missionary and as a leader in the mission field ending in a position of overseeing 250 missionaries as an AP for the last 9 months of my mission.

Sold Dish Network services door to door in the Salt Lake and Provo areas.
