In my Co-op role on the Cloud HSM team at Thales, I was responsible for:➤ Support Tool Enhancements: Developed and enhanced the LunaHSM support tool using Golang, adding advanced debugging features that enabled operators to quickly diagnose and resolve issues in client tools, significantly reducing troubleshooting time.➤ Comprehensive Testing & Automation: Created and updated unit, integration, and end-to-end (E2E) tests. Leveraged GitLab pipelines for continuous integration, ensuring rigorous testing before code was pushed to staging and production environments. Managed manual test cases via Jira for full test coverage.➤ Agile Development & Collaboration: Actively participated in daily scrum meetings, sprint planning, retrospectives, and PI planning sessions, contributing to efficient teamwork and project alignment across multiple teams.➤ Toolchain & DevOps Integration: Utilized Golang for development, Bash for scripting, and DevCI for continuous integration. Collaborated with cross-functional teams through Confluence to ensure smooth project communication and successful deployments.➤ Football Hero: Excelled in company-organized Wednesday lunch break football sessions, earning a reputation as a threat to be reckoned with on the field.
