I have spent nearly 40 years working in the US infrastructure and technology markets to help finance and build critical assets that promote economic growth with a long standing focus on sustainability. My most recent focus on climate tech and using software, data and emission science to measure and improve the carbon footprint of key energy assets was a logical extension of my career. I am focused on promoting the circular economy as well as the measurement economy. I spent my career working in the intersection of the private and public sectors where I develop innovative solutions to complex problems with a proven track record of success. At Goldman Sachs and Merrill Lynch, I completed over $75 billion of project financings, public private partnerships, M&A advisory and other financing transactions covering a broad range of assets in transportation, water, power, renewable energy, social, sustainable, digital and other infrastructure sectors. I offer a unique combination of demonstrated investment banking, business development and deal sourcing capabilities along with strong leadership, operational and management skills.
