Tim has been directing highly skilled creative teams of Integrated Marketing professionals in the music and television industries for over twenty years. Prior to joining NBC Universal, where he was most recently the SVP of Marketing Solutions at E!, he formed Tim Rosta Inc., the nexus of his extensive experience through which he offered Executive-Level Integrated Marketing Consulting services to clients in the media, entertainment, and non-profit industries, as well as developing his own television projects. His most recent clients have included Simon Fuller’s XIX Entertainment as well as The Oprah Winfrey Network, OWN. Prior to starting Tim Rosta Inc., Tim spent nearly ten years breaking new ground in the role of Senior Vice President of Integrated Marketing at MTV. He devised and executed advertiser integrations spanning basic product placement and branded entertainment, to complex marketing solutions across a variety of digital and linear TV platforms. He effectively led many mega-brand advertisers into the realm of true multi-platform integration, impacting nearly $1 Billion in annual revenue. Some of these mega-brand partners include MSN, GM, Proctor & Gamble, Pepsi, Sony, AT&T, L’Oreal, Verizon, Walmart, JC Penney, and Levi’s.Tim has also been a long-time advocate of social issues. In 1992 he became the Founding Executive Director of LIFEbeat,The Music Industry Fights AIDS. In that role, he worked with the “who’s who” of the Music Industry while managing over 400 volunteers in the coordination of huge fundraising and education activities, as well as special events and television productions. He still serves on the board of directors for LIFEbeat, as well as Viacom’s Staying Alive Foundation, an international campaign dedicated to educating people on HIV/AIDS prevention and protection.Tim has a degree in Journalism/Public Relations from The Ohio State University, home of the 2014 NCAA National Football Champions, The Ohio State Buckeyes.
