We conduct research to discover how to best prevent and treat injuries. Our journey into concussion research started almost 20 years ago. After understanding how vulnerable the brain is toward rotational forces, we embarked on re-inventing helmets that best absorb rotational forces during impact. The result of this 20 year effort is the development of WaveCel technology to provide exceptional protection from rotational forces and concussion. Our journey will continue as long as there is the chance to prevent even more brain injuries.

International Sales development. Outdoor Industry and Sporting Goods Sales, territory planning and Contract Negotiations. Hydro Flask became the fastest growing insulated bottle brand in the U.S. during my time, growing from 3M in sales to 150m.Inc 500 list in 2014 and 2015. Outside Magazine's Top 100 Places to Work in 2013 and 2014. Awarded REI vendor of the year and runner up twice.

Developed national sales force to launch Hydro Flask in the Golf Industry. Our team had over $2m in sales in the first 18 months. We were the second fastest growing channel for Hydro Flask. I was then asked to run all Outside and Sporting Goods sales as VP of Sales.

I applied my Golf Operations background to run all aspects of the sales efforts to provide complete high end Golf clubhouse casework and millwork packages including golf shop space planning, display fixtures, lockers, bars, and running trim for the entire clubhouse.We are recognized as one of the premier millwork companies within the golf community, working early on with several architects specializing in golf clubhouse design. Our customer service record is unmatched.

Managed all sales efforts in the Golf Industry to win contracts for Clubhouse millwork packages in North America, including Locker Rooms, Golf Shops, Bars, etc...

Sold in, installed, trained, and supported hundreds of Golf Clubs in the Pacific Northwest that partnered with Greens.com for their electronic reservations system, inventory and back office modules, and POS software.

I had the pleasure to work with an outstanding group of Golf Professionals at one of the top facilities in the world as a Golf Professional. My focus was on assuring that our members leisure time was as stress free and enjoyable as possible. I also had a lesson book filled with students of all levels. I was on the leadership team for Junior Golf development. We hosted 1998 U.S. Open, Two Tour Championships, One Shells Wonderful World of Golf with Jack Nicklaus and Johnny Miller and numerous amateur events. With over 7000 members, it was a very busy club that called for a wide variety of skills. Playing at a high level was certainly one of them, as we had over 200 single digit handicap players that expected the best of the best players in the shop to help them grow.
