Timothy qualified from Barnsley College in 1996 with an Ordinary National Diploma (OND) in construction and a Higher National Certificate (HNC) in building studies. Timothy has also undertaken his PfCO SUAV CAA drone course. After working within the architectural sector for four years as a CAD technician and junior architectural technician, designing residential housing, and large commercial property, Timothy decided to begin his career within the surveying industry by specialising in CAD and topographical / building surveys for large national firms. Timothy has surveyed and produced CAD plans for large industrial sectors, corporate breweries and various large construction companies, preparing plans such as full building surveys and topographical surveys on brown field sites.Timothy trained for 2 years underneath his father Alan Rowley FRICS, in the preparation of Land Registry approved plans and cadastral surveying. Timothy is currently developing his passion for aerial photography through the use of unmanned aircraft. This is now a service Timothy is offering as he is now a qualified commercial drone pilot.Timothy now offers drone surveys to produce 3D point cloud data as well as geo referenced images.
