I am an experienced KS2 teacher. I have taught Year 6 for 21 years and I am currently teaching Year 5. I have excellent verbal communication skills and good organisation and interpersonal skills. One of my main roles is Pastoral Head of boys. I expect high standards of manners and behaviour from pupils and likewise high professional standards of myself and colleagues. I was Maths coordinator for 5 years until this current academic year. As well as experience of teaching the KS2 curriculum I also have sports coaching badges in Rugby (6 cerficates) and I am planning to take the Level 2 football coaching award. I have lead school trips to the Isle of Wight for the past 15+ years. I am looking for a role which combines my passion for KS2 teaching and my love of sport.
