I am a proven leader in the Payments and Fintech sector. I lead the Revenue and Business Strategy teams at Laybuy,a market leading Buy Now Pay Later firm focused on delivering the most innovative and responsible interest free point of sale product to the market. I have lead the end to end development and execution of our Marketplace strategy and Virtual Card product alongside driving operational change through the organisation. I am confident working in an innovative and fast paced environment and manage teams across Sales, Relationship Management and all other Revenue generating functions.Prior to this I spent 7 years working in Investment Banks such as Goldman Sachs and Macquarie Group where I held roles in Equity Research, Sales and Trading and advised corporate’s and investors on their capital structure and investor relations. I am a trained lawyer and a Barrister and Solicitor of the High Court of New Zealand and hold a Bachelor of Laws and Bachelor of Commerce from Victoria University of Wellington. My friends tell me I have too many hobbies, but my personal view is to try everything once and if you like it then keep doing more of it.
