Lead and Guide and Coordinate daily operations. Focus on building 5G C-band and ATT carrier upgrades. Reporting and forecasting with customer. Ensuring deadlines are met and closed out in a timely manner, as well as providing passing VQA's and alarm free sites. Visting job sites to ensure 100% safety working environment and all PPE standards are being followed as well as making sure sites are being built per RFDS.

Directs activities of the communications divisions administration and finance operation by scheduling and assigning work, Determining methods for doing work, checking quality of work, answering questions, handling personal issues, and monitoring workflow to ensure timely completion of all activities. Assists with management of daily communications of operations to the crews, Prepares site budgets and work plans used In managing quarterly and yearly earnings. Monitors adherence to budgets and work plans to ensure objectives are met. Evaluates viability of new technology and service offerings for continues company development and expansion. Reviews employees monthly to ensure progress of and job requirements are communicated to staff to help growth and long-term retainment of valued high performing employees. Performs special projects as requested by CEO/President or COO/VP. Works closely with Acquisition Director to ensure communication's, broadband, cable television, internet facilities are constructed correctly by the construction crew. Manage the construction process NTP to Closeout/Punch List completed. Ensure daily JSA/Rescue plans are completed and filled out correctly, verify continuous equipment records completed. Climber belt inspections, rope inspections, capstan inspections, rigging plans, Vehicle inspections and the construction progress daily communication to customers. Serves as acting COO/VP In the absence of the COO/VP as needed. Performs all other duties as assigned by COO/VP.
