Through its grouped project design, Kealakekua Carbon Forward (KCF) engages and achieves economies of scale with non-industrial private forestland owners, reaching forest areas that have been largely unrepresented in voluntary carbon markets. KCF seeks to solve challenges and remove barriers to entry for small forest holdings’ participation in carbon projects, by reducing costs and the complexity of participation.KCF offers access to forest carbon credit payments designed to incentivize forest landowners to plant and manage native tree species that increase the sequestration and storage of carbon. KCF also further connects enrolled landowners with financial and technical assistance from government agencies and local consulting foresters, as well as and other natural resource management professionals, helping these landowners transition to long-term, sustainable forest management.

• Built and oversaw dōTERRA's Global Strategic Sourcing Team, responsible for $100+ million of raw material sourcing of over 250 different origin essential oils and other ingredients from 45+ countries (more than half of which are developing countries). • Created and developed over 10 years dōTERRA's Co-Impact Sourcing ethical supply chain sourcing program for securing our long-term supply and direct sourcing relationships with farmers, harvesters, and distillers for the highest quality essential oils.
