After more than a decade of being directly involved in creative design, production artwork, and marketing (and accumulating an incredible breadth of experience in the process), I have recently accepted an exciting new role as Operations Director at Logo Brands. The learning curve was steep, while challenging and exciting as I pivoted into a new area of our business. I am currently working with my teams to identify unnecessary processes and replace them with simpler, more robust processes (Six Sigma White Belt Certified). Over the past decade, my passion and bent for technical tools (including MSSQL) have resulted in many opportunities to improve and deploy new processes across our entire company. These processes have resulted in increased sales and reduced expenses (case studies outlined on my resume). Some career highlights:★ In 2013: I developed and executed marketing strategies annually that brought more than 13,000 shoppers to our facility where we generated over $1.2 million in on-site sales over a period of 3 days, on an advertising budget of less than 2% of sales.★ In 2015: I led our company through a rename and rebrand. Our new brand and identity package helped to secure dedicated “Logo Brands” branded shop space at over 35 retail stores. Our company saw an average 35% sales lift year over year across all doors where we gained this dedicated shop space.★ In 2018: I launched a new channel of business (domestic manufacturing) at Logo Brands with 1 full time employee and exceeded annual production goals by 60%, generating $1.2 million in sales in the first year.I am on a furious quest to grow, learn, and surround myself with great people.
