During my twenty years in the NHS I have built a reputation as a trusted, enthusiastic and passionate partner with strong relationships across providers, clinicians, regulators, councils and patient groups within the health and social care sectors. I have significant leadership experience in, CCGs, acute trusts, NHSE Region and as Director of Primary Care at Coventry and Warwickshire Integrated Care Board, leading the co-design of seamless health and care services resulting in improved clinical, organisational and financial outcomes. I have a track record of operational and strategic delivery, extensive system knowledge and strong subject matter expertise.For the first eight years of my career, I worked in the insurance and recruitment sectors; where I built strong commercial relationships with large corporate clients, developed and nurtured new business opportunities and delivered on sales targets, marketing and engagement strategies.
