I am an experienced Analyst across multiple Planning and Resource disciplines. I have strengths in dialler management, real time/intraday analysis, forecasting, process improvement and project delivery. I have a keen interest in emerging digital technologies and how they can support the operation of the future and the ability to support stakeholders to translate new ways of working to a wider audience.I have successfully acted as lead on several operationally complex and transformational planning projects. Most recently this includes an optimisation of the dialler system, which resulted in increased automation and a streamlined end-to-end process. The key deliverables of this project were achieved in reducing resource requirements to facilitate the dialler, an improved customer experience and a reduction in cost per contact.Outside of work I enjoy baking, I’m also an avid cross fitter and enjoy spending time with my family during down time.
