I have gained considerable experience working for MPs in their constituencies and Westminster since 2011. I have worked in a variety of seats responding to the needs of different groups of constituents. I have worked as a Senior Caseworker, a Senior Parliamentary Assistant and Senior Parliamentary Researcher gaining a sound reputation for the successful execution of casework, establishing productive relationships with stakeholders and progressing projects in the constituency and at Westminster. As Senior Caseworker, I have investigated and resolved cases about a range of topics including immigration, housing, benefits issues, broadband contact disputes, consumer protection matters, health and social care disputes, local council complaints, and transport queries, As Senior Parliamentary Assistant and Researcher, I have researched and briefed about a variety of topics for MPs, including health and social care reform, mental health, IPED and anabolic steroid use by young men, National Rail Freight Interchanges, and investment in local roads and transport. I have linked with Government Departments to organise policy roundtables to further the MP's ideas.Based at Westminster, I have set up offices for new MPs, recruited staff, drafted Oral and Written Parliamentary Questions, represented the MP at House of Commons events, gathering information to assist the MP with parliamentary and constituency work, and provided tours for groups of all ages around the House of Commons.
